Just got a new Sage 1. Wow!

I'm loving this knife.

Going over it carefully I cannot see any imperfections in fit, finish or action. Couldn't even if I were paid to.

This knife has reinforced what I've often been reading in this forum--that Taichung, Taiwan is right up there with the best of them.

It's perfect. And wickedly sharp!

I'm loving the Sage 1 so much I've just attacked a load of junk mail just to open it all.

BTW, thanks to Cutlery Shoppe; they just got a new shipment. They also QC'd, per my request.

Absolutely great knife. Definitely gonna edc.

Congratulations! I happened to have ordered a Sage 1 myself yesterday. I already had a Caly 3 CF so my first Sage I bought was the Sage 2, now I look forward to receiving my Sage 1 also!

I get most of my Spydies from CS also, but this time happened to have a 20% off offer from Amazon if I paid with my Amazon credit card, so even though it was a few bucks more expensive there, after the discount it was a pretty good deal.

I love CS. I have ordered all four of my spydies from them. I have a G-10 Dragonfly on backorder right now.... I am so impatient I almost want to cancel my order and order a sage 1 or 3 instead... Maybe i'll just place another order

I just picked one up too and had the same reaction. Smooth, solid, elegant, love the feel of that CF. This one has replaced my D4 and Dfly as my office knife.

Which btw is not necessary for a sage 1. They are all perfect, that's why they can seal them in plastics. :)

I'll jump onto the "me too" bandwagon, as I also received my Sage 1 from CS this morning. Absolutely no F&F issues, the blade came wicked-sharp, and it fits even my smallish hands well. Definitely a keeper, and I can see why so many folks on the forums love the Sage.
