Hi All,
I thought that I would share this with You, because it worked for Me!
I had purchaced a product that was out of stock, and when I tried to email the seller I RECIEVED NO RESPONCE ON NUMEROUS OCASIONS. As You can imagine this is extremely frustrating.
The cure that worked for Me, was after signing My name, I added:

This netted Me immediate attention, with apologies, and suggestions.
Try it some time, the power of forums is great, and makes sellers take notice.
Good luck!
Respectfully,

Hi Charlie, thanks for the tip.
I had a somehow similar experience when I ordered from Knifezilla, a site about whom people have mixed feelings. Well, my experience with them was vary satisfying, but - just like you - I added at the end of the message : "DiALEX at the Bladeforum / Spyderco forum" so I think that indeed, this may work :)

Haven't had this experience on a knife related event, but have used it for a car - my FIAT car had an issue, and merely mentioning membership with respected FIAT forums got me a response in 3-days. Typical response times were two weeks, or even more.

Till now, I have stayed with respected knife dealers - knifecenter, cutleryshoppe (absolute best), and BF, JD and CPF knife selling forums, and had very good responses.

...If you find yourself not getting any responses from your sellers on a weekly occasion I think its time to look for another source to get your products.

Hi Chuck,
I mean no disrespect, but I purchace quite a few of My Spydies on eBay, and most of the time it is not a problem. I have had some real steals purchaced there, but occasionally I have had problems with, and I wanted to pass this on to my friends, how to rectify them. I personally rarely check the off topic threads. I figured that more people like Me would benefit from My findings, since the audience is larger. I am sorry if You are offended in any way, as I said, I was only trying to be helpful.
Respectfully,
Charlie
