Hi to everyone! i'm a newbe here: i'm writing from italy.I own fifteen Spyderco knives. i've found a Spyderco Police in mop vg-10: the box is white with the old blue spyderco's logo, but I thought that only did these stoneworks models. Spyderco has never produced similar knives in the 2001? thanks to those who can help me.

Hi Marcello, welcome to the forum.
The Spyderco knives with the pearl and stone overlays are the work of Santa Fe Stoneworks and Santa Fe still makes them. The only time they were ever sold by Spyderco, and listed in Spyderco catalogs, was in the early 90's. All the later ones have been sold by Santa Fe Stoneworks themselves and by dealers, like this one that New Graham has.

Ok, that one was not done by Santa Fe. IIRC, they were done by a dealer called Cutlery Shoppe, or by someone else for Cutlery Shoppe. Like the Santa Fe Stoneworks customs, they are considered after-market modifications, so collector interest is fairly low.
