Anyone know if a tasman salt will be legal for pocket carry in the Bahamas. Thanks and take care.

Just make sure its in your check-in luggage and not your carry on. You'll be fine getting it down there however I'm not sure what local laws are.
I think as with most of the Caribbean, laws are all loose and up to what the local officer decides - if he likes your knife, its illegal and chances are he will sieze it.
As long as you don't get yourself in trouble or flash it around alot, I'd think you'll be fine.

Laws in general are pretty loose in the caribbean.... if it's anything like Puerto Rico you would be fine EDCing a machete.

Be on the safe side: I recommend, writing to or placing a call to the Bahamian Embassy for hard information.....Doc :D
FWIW: Years back crimes in the islands happened mostly between locals...but this is not the case anymore with tourists being targeted more often, check with your hotel abouit which areas to stay clear of..keep your valuables in the hotel safe and don't be wearing your Rolex around, it makes you a target....Stay Safe and Enjoy

I sold the rolex to buy Spydercos :o . Thank you for the info. I was not sure how they felt about clip on pocket knives. Hard to find info. on this topic for that area. Take care.
