I friggin hate that swedge.Joe Internet wrote:Yep, it's the Endura. I think a swedge on the Endura 4 would be a nice addition.
Police III is the only Police for me :D
I got my hands on a used SS Police for $40 (!), resanded the handle to get rid of all the scratches, and sold it for $100.
Just couldn't bring myself to like the blade grind.
I agree...HotSoup wrote:Its called the Endura.
I think the appeal of the Police model was its long blade.
I don;t understand the Rookie, really.
Whats makes a Police, a Police is the long slender blade. :D
If you nabbed one of the recent G-10 Endura's then you pretty much got the knife you were asking for

Im not good at sharpening, even with a sharpmaker. How get your blade good can your blade with an edge pro system? - Bladeforums user
Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like? - Some Online Meme

As noted, the Rookie packs a lot of blade into a small, light space.
What I don't understand is: why make this little beauty without choil -- and, especially, without jimping? IMO, this seriously reduces the usability of this otherwise excellent knife.

Nope! Got mine from a customer who passed by my store. He wanted to get rid of it. Asked for $50. I didn't really want it, so countered with $40, and voila! I carried it for a couple weeks. Its okay, I just cant get used to SS handles. I put a mirror polish on the handles, but it smudged way to fast, so I sanded it with three grits of sand paper to a really nice brushed look.THG wrote:Were you the one who bought that Police from ZippoThisKnifeThat?
A few days later, another customer saw it, and offered me $100.
A short lived life in my pocket, but my best Spyder story so far!
