There have been two on eBay in the past three weeks. Sold for 167 and 203, the latter with the box. Others may be able to point you other places to look. As far as eBay, just keep looking. Seems like things come in waves there, i.e. nothing for months then all of the sudden there will be 3 or 4 in the space of a few weeks.

They are out there. Just gotta be looking in the right place at the right time. Good luck.
