Don't know if this has been done before yet,
but I couldn't find it with a quick search.

Any way,
Could some one draw up a genealogy/pedigree of the Military family?
Any Millie specialist around here?

In blade steels first released, and at which years etc.
Differences like liners, handle materials and engravings.

I'm trying to complete a Millie collection and want to know what I'm still missing.
Thanks.

Have you visited Spydiewiki and checked their page on the Military? Some of the versions released in the last year may not yet be included, but it does have a lot of "timeline" info on the older ones.

That's a great source of info but it needs to be updated.

If you need a visual timeline of plain edged Millies just look at the month of September in the 2011 Spyderco calender someone :D :p submitted an awesome picture of the 11 plain edge, uncoated variations there have been of the C36

For the Millie experts,

Was there ever a millie with ATS-55?

And do all millies have the excenter pivot?

Thanks for your help.

I'm no expert, but as far as I can recall there hasn't been an ATS 55 version.
To the best of my knowledge the eccentric pivots stopped being produced after the 440v versions.
