Hey there folks. I am going to pick up a Paramilitary tomorrow. I'm super super indecisive and can't decide between black on black or digicam with black blade. Please help me sleep at night!!! Lol

Not to throw one more wrench in the gears but have you considered the Paramilitary 2?

It was released not too long ago. Some people may not know about it yet. Just had to ask :) .

I have, and am probably going to pick one up in the future. But everyones sold out and there's no black blade option yet. So I'm going to pick up a pm now then a pm2 on a later date. Love them so much, gotta have both haha.

I vote for the digicam and black blade.

I wasn't able to make this decision myself when Millie shopping so I ended up buying both. One I use for more abusive work and one will live a much longer, easier life.

Black on black, like my Endura. Great looking knife. I've never been a fan of camo accessories.

Black on black... I've never been a fan of digi though so take it with a grain of salt. The black also looks classic in my opinion.

May I suggest the ever handy automated, randomizing, no-batteries-required decision-making device? (Flip a coin ;) )

I see you already purchased but I'll pipe in and say that since there aren't a lot of digicam knifes, that is the one to get.

I have not made the purchase yet. If i get black on black i can get it today but its the display model that everyone has handled. If i get digicam i have to wait for another 8 days. My ol'man says black on black my good friend says digicam. and it seems to be a tie on the thread aswell. someone kill me with a paramilitary before i go insane lol

If you have to choose one go with black on black. The digicam really does look awesome, but it's sort of a niche style that you may one day eventually get bored of. Black, on the other hand, is forever. Just make sure you inspect the floor model for edge consistency, blade alignment, and any other sign of wear that might bother you before picking it up.

Both styles of the Spyderco Para-Military are nice. I have both, although I like the uniformity of color found in the Black Blade/Black G-10 Para-Military.

If the black on black Para-Military is a display model that everyone's been handling, definitely inspect it carefully if you intend to purchase it. There's no telling how much rough handling and possible abuse it may have gone through in the hands of others.

I have purchased the black on blade, there was a little blade coating blemish, and a slight burr on the tip in which I cleaned off with a lansky fine. Other then that, best **** 200 bucks I've ever spent!
