Whats up with this? I know the blade exists, but its also reserved for Active Duty deployed personnel.

I know little about how these are originally distributed but once they end up in the hands of an individual they are free to do with it as they like. A lot of the troops deployed to Iraq have come home. It stands to reason a few of these knives would make their way out into the wild.
