i have one in my pocket!

they have the greatest amount of knives to cater to the non-tactical community; I like being able to choose the scale color instead of having the only option being black.

also the functionality and ergonomics of spyderco knives attract me more than their competitors.

Spyderco knives go everywhere I go... (except on airplanes and into court houses..)

Because nobody caters to its customers like Spyderco. Nobody offers such a wide variety of steel, shapes, sizes, and cutting edge technology like Spyderco. Spyderco's philosophy of always improving their product, great customer service, and willingness to try new things is second to none. Spyderco is just **** cool and fresh compared to some of the same old, bland stuff that other companies offer. Oh and Sal and co are just class act people and its apparent they try to offer the best value on their products for their customers.

Form following function, excellent customer support and they pay attention to what their customers want. What more can you ask for?

except the original paramilitary which had no closed retention at all. the new para 2 solves this.

They are designed, tested, and manufactured by a dedicated family of people who truly put their heart and soul into everything they do, and it really shows in their product.
