None. I don't have a collection, I have a massive accumulation. ;) Probably a thousand or so.
I don't believe in safe queens, only in pre-need replacements.

Mostly spydercos, four striders, a hinderer and a bunch of cheap junk that I bought before I really got into knives. I'd say Im barely under 50 with my collection.

This post just made me realize I've got more knives than I thought I would ever own.I recently counted my spydercos,and had 104.
I own 20 + bucks mostly 110's from custom shop.I also own Chris Reeves-14,
marble's- 15,or more,and many more,production,and customs . :eek:

I believe I've got it bad.I may need to sell a few just to prove to myself that I can.

Somewhere between 50-100 total. I'm up to 38 Spydercos, about 15 "good" other knives, and about 25 old junkers in a box in my closet (some I've had since I was a kid).

As of right now it's 1 - 50, but at least 50 - 100 have passed through my hands.

I like to buy knives, inspect them, and sell them off if they don't tickle my fancy.

MCM I think you read my Mind! I was just thinking about starting a thread like this. Well my knife collection right Now is 6. 1 Sog, 2 Gerber, 2 victorinox, 1 winchester and a GREAT Spyderco. I have to say I won't be buying anything but Spyderco for a very long time.

Well, Im at 30+ and counting. That's 1 in 1992 and the rest from Q4 2008 to now. Im starting to level off now that Ive gotten all that I want of the current/past models. Now it will be probably 2-3 per year of whatever new is coming out. Much more reasonable pace, but not nearly as fun since fewer packages to await and open!

Wow, I have so far to go! :) I think I have added about 55 blades or so in the past year, now if I could just find the box I know I have somewhere, that has my very first 2 Spyderco knives and some other knives of sentimental value, that I put SOMEWHERE special if I can remember where that is.

I think it is going to take me a few decades to get to your thousands though!
