Been a long time, but I'm thinning out my collection

All,
I have been away from the spydie forums and even from collecting now for quite a while. I had the bug really bad a few years ago though and have some gems to prove it. However, I've evolved to feel that there are more important things to me than having a safe full of awesome spydies...I've pared down my collection from its glory to the bare minimum that I need to survive: an old walker lightweight, a black caly jr, a g10 civilian, a pacific salt and a polished CF BG-42 milli that I edc. Everything else is game.

I am starting this post with the intent of giving the chance to have first pick over my collection to the guys who I spent many hours with discussing every facet of knife ownership that we could fathom. True, many are likely gone as I was; but I just saw a familiar name or two as I was searching for any sale-related threads and FAQs, so I have hope that some may find one or two models for which they have been passionately searching.

Please let me know if this type of post is prohibited, or if I can proceed with listing what I've got to offer.

So do you have any advice as to where the best spot to post would be?

Blade forums or knife-bst.com are good places for knife commerce.

If you want a forum with much less traffic, where you can direct us for first picks, I like this one:

http://naylorinternational.com/forum/

Mainly for Busse (and kin), but there is an "Other Knives" section. Its also free to sell on it, unlike bladeforums.

Thanks for the help guys; I'm not much on consigments or auctions any more, so I'm trying the local craigslist and I'll give the Busse b/s/t a try, too.

Nice collection you have, if I hadn't just plunked down $400 for a Sebenza I would be all over that 25th Delica.

I doubt that it will fly off my shelf; and, as with many other of my favorites I would really hate to see them go. Yeah, the FRN enduras and delicas can come and go, but there are a few models that are truly one of a kind. I've been pretty moody over the past few days since I've decided to offer them up, and suspect that this is having a larger affect on me than I thought it would. I still remember my Fred Perrin, my CF police and civi models and my full-sized Calypsos...I wish that I never sold 'em. Oh well, those Ti millies are calling to me---I'm sure they'll sooth my regrets :p

I've been hunting for one of these as well...but $low time$ for work and high asking price make this one out of my grasp. One of these days my finances and a 25th Anniversary Delica availability will align in a good way!
