Yep, a swedge just gives the Manix 2 a really sleek appearance - nice!

Thanks! And now it doesn't tear up my hand with the jimping, either.
You guys do some great work! :)

Rookie and Golden - I really like both your Manixes with the swedge. If I ever get a 110V, I'll probably copy y'all.

Love it!!
Sadly, this PM2 Sprint will be going to the market soon, as I do not carry it anymore, thx to my Native 5 & Manix 2.....GB regrind, swedge, strengthened tip, flattened belly & polished pivots & washers.

Ted, those scales look terrific. All of your work appears to meet the highest standards. Any possibility of a group shot of all your custom jobs?

I believe I've read Ted saying that he gives them away as gifts. I've seen him do mods to many of the same models.
It could be unlikely that you'll see many of his customs together at one time.

Thanks for the compliment, X. And Donut is right, I've given a lot away to friends and family - and traded away a few for other knives... But I've kept a few in a display case in my office. I'll see if I can take some pics of the ones I have left.

Ted that silky oak looks stunning, but my favorite part is the fore-ward radius near the blade when the endgrain looks like laminated G10 or even fancy plywood...top drawer, old chap, top drawer :)

Thank you. I'm thinking of getting regrinds on some of my knives; are his prices and turnaround reasonable?

Yes, and living around the corner from him is a bonus.

Nice work! I like the way you rounded the edges of the CF. How did you find CF to work with? It can generate some nasty dust that isn't good for your health...
