Show your mods!
Re: Show your mods!
A little more off the front and you’ll have a worker 2.0
Re: Show your mods!
You’re right. Actually, I’m really liking it. Very useful shape. You can get in and around with that tip.

If you're wielding the sharpest tool in the shed, who's going to say that you aren't...?

I’m tempted to pick one up and do this...

Re: Show your mods!
I grabbed this factory second Endura and the SFO sale this year and decided to take the spine down to make the tip pointer. You can see the very course grind and missing bug logo from this one. I'm not sure what to do about the blade finish, I can feel it drag when cutting through cardboard.
Re: Show your mods!
Yes, yes you should. Little bit of swedge. Yes.
Nice Delica, by the way.

Re: Show your mods!
Swedge for sure if I do, my “photoshop” skills aren’t good enough to add one in the pic, lol!
Thnx, I did a similar mod on my Mantra. Makes it very comfortable to have in hand while closed.

Green, just well used. From g10it, or Suingab. Very comfy, especially since I removed the finger groove that’s in the wrong position on Delicas.

How about this?

Re: Show your mods!
Well, I broke down and ordered one. (Could only find one Cdn dealer selling it for the appropriate markup based on exchange, even then it was only on their Ebay store, an extra $30 markup on reg site) Have to see if I can use it for at least a whole day before I mod it so I can note any differences in action, comfort or anything else.

I’m already picturing it with aftermarket scales,(although I like the cf over g10 just fine) I’m thinking some kind of wood and bolsters.

In case you’re wondering, it was supposed to be here on the 7th, then it went on a tour west of here. Saskatoon and Edmonton, then back here to Winnipeg and Edmonton again! It is supposedly here in Winnipeg again with a third expected delivery tomorrow...

Re: Show your mods!
Sorry. I hate that. My Salt Native went up to Edmonton too. What’s up with that? Usually goes to Calgary, then here in Lethbridge.
