Why no love for olive drab?

Hey guys,

Im just wondering why spyderco has only made ONE knife in olive drab/black blade? I absolutely love this combonation on a knife, it is my favorite color combo for any knife. I have the delica and just wish that they would make more. I know they would sell! I know a few other brands are using it and it seems to be quite a big hit. So I was just wondering why spyderco hasnt stepped up and done more in Olive drab and black. Anyone else care for this combonation?
I think an olive drab with black blade g10 manix 2 would be absolutley amazing!! :eek:
And if they cant do olive drab they could at least do a couple knives with foliage green g10 and a black blade..?

i'm with ya man, that's a great combo! i love the od green g-10 knives i have, d-4, e-4, and a millie, although they don't have black blades. the digi-cam knives with black blades look awsome too!

i would be happy with even just an olive drab handle.

I also had a new OD Delica and it did look good with the black blade. After carrying a few black bladed Spydies though the black blades looks pretty beat up in a short amount of time. I would still like to see G10 in OD though.

the Spyderco green reminds me of puke and should be darker or a neon. Just my 2cents.

Bro, you know where I stand on this and I'm right there with you. My all time favorite color combo is green and black. I really think digi camo is sick too. I don't mind that the black blades show wear, Knives are meant to be used and the wear marks are just character marks

I would LOVE to see a Manix 2 with OD G10 and a Black Blade (in any steel!) aaaaannnnnddd the New Para 2 in OD G10 with a Black blade!!!!

at least they have done more than one model with that color (native and endura 3 off the top of my head) and all they have done in olive drab is the delica 3

Good colors though and they should use more of both!

Im thinking of getting another white FRN E4 then dyeing it OD. But the blade will still be polished.

I guess half is ok.
