I apologize if I went a bit far in my post.

We have a forum of gentlemen and I don't want to screw that up.

Has anyone tried out the steel yet? How is it?

I noticed there were still a few left last night.

I put a harpner titanium handle on it and cut up some cardboard pizza boxes and then slided a tomato paper thin. I think its a boost to S90V, but its not quite S90V. I wonder how it compares to S110V.
...oh you know why!

Its SHARP, at least with the factory edge.

I also put some Halpern Titanium handles on mine, and whizzed through a tomato or two. Let my wife use it for the same, she was blown away at how sharp it came from the factory.

So sharp that when she went back to our regular kitchen knives (which are pretty sharp), they skidded off the tomato and she almost cut herself.

There's an interesting (and long) thread on this steel running at BF. Opinions seem to be mixed.

I just reprofiled mine at 20 degrees included. It was by far the easiest Mule to do, although it's quite a bit thinner at the edge than the Chinese Mules, so I can't compare it to those fairly. It took a really nice edge without much work. Reminds me of VG-10. We'll have to see how it performs.

Am I being too eager in asking when and what the next Mule is?
