Delica Combo-Edge sharpening question

#1

Post by AnimalHousePA »

I have a Sharpmaker and I know that I am supposed to use the corners of the stones to sharpen the serrated part of my CE Delica but...do I sharpen both sides of the serrations or just the side with the more pronounced (deeper) serrations? Thanks in advance. Jim

I usually go five strokes on the ground side to one stroke on the flat side, myself. It works for me.
I don't believe in safe queens, only in pre-need replacements.

Go easy on the flat side. All you need to do is to knock off any burrs that may form.
