Hi everyone, first post here.
I have been looking for a Yojimbo for a while without any luck, If I do find a blue or black one is there any difference in price?
What should I expect to pay for a NIB or LNIB knife.
Please PM me if this is not acceptable on the forum.
Thanks.

If you buy one from an eBay auction expect to spend between $150-$200 for a Blue one and $175-$225 for a black one. Blue is generally much easier to find than Black.

Classified forum prices appear to be 15%-20% lower than those found on eBay.

Does this site have a classified section, or are you talking about BF?

Keep up the search...they are getting tougher and tougher to find in any color....I know I for one have given away more Yojimbo's in the past two years than I have seen this past year up for sale....It's not that easy to obtain...see one....buy it!!!!.....Doc :D

I say we petition Spyderco to add the Yo to their next sprint run. Definitely seems to be some pent up demand for them. I know I would certainly buy two.

This NIB Yojimbo was found at a big gun/knife show, there is one monthly this time of year here in the Portland area, and was traded for from a terrific dealer who was turning over her Spyderco inventory without regard to profit. I p/u a NIB Kris for cash from her as well.

You might consider shopping the shows, which is fun for me even if I don't find anything spectacular, in your area or do a road trip to a show.

I think Michael Janich is getting fired up for an eventual Yojimbo 2.0 as well.

While nothing is ever set in stone, I know quite a few would be rejoicing for this.

I found a new no box blue one on the forums for $120 about two weeks ago, So you just have to keep your eyes peeled and search as many knife sale forums as you can! :) good luck! oh, and welcome to the forums!
