Here's a pic of some of the lanyards I've tied. Colors range from Coyote Tan, Coyote Brown, Red, OD Green, Maroon, and Dark Gray.
I also tied a few wrist bands and attached quick-release buckles to them. I'll have to snap some photos of those.

Here's the very best source that I've found. I get my cord from here and also the side-release buckles for the wrist bands. I've also ordered a few colors of paracord in the 1,000-foot spools (did I mention it's addicting???).
