Here's Tom's reply to the same question that I asked...

"I charge $75.00 and that includes your choice of micarta/G-10 and liners. A kydex multiposition sheath is $35.00 and a leather sheath is $45.00 You can have Spyderco drop ship it [Mule] to me. Return shipping is $10.00"
