Not sure what they go for, but in my recent personal experience, my usual knife soures don't have them in stock and I even had a hard time finding one on ebay.
I think they sold out from dealers awhile back. I've been getting into Millies lately, starting with the orange sprint. But I would have gotten a Millie much sooner if I could've snagged a D2 Millie. No luck for me so far. Keep searching and good luck! :)
