Where's the G-10 Pollywog?

Isn't this out yet? I'm surprised nobody's posted about it yet. The thing looks pretty awesome and a Krein regrind would make this a super capable knife.

I found it:

I thought about a regrind also, but thought it would look a little awkward on this blade.

I was thinking the same thing. Lightweight with g-10 now, Ball Lock, VG-10, wire clip, ergonomic handle. Dare I say it is similar to a Dodo to a degree. I agree that a Krein regrind would be preferable.

I ordered mine up more than a week ago. I should be seeing it here soon, hopefully.

I've always thought it looked interesting, but unfortunately I suspect it has the same issues that I had with the Dodo - very short blade for a very wide footprint and handle (great ergos though) and, in this case, a somewhat obtuse grind (no more so than a Native or a Delica in all probability). Probably makes a **** of a user though.

No SS Poliwog for me. So, I must get one of these G10 ones. Reminds me of the Dodo.

....James Pines, an information technology project manager who lives in Bloomfield, spotted the problem Monday after he installed a $70 filter onto his home's main water line. He soon saw what he called "little polliwogs" gather inside the cartridge.

"This is what we are drinking," he recalled Thursday. "We were disgusted. ... You shouldn't be drinking in little odd things."....

When I have some extra cash I'll be buying a Poliwog in G10. :)
