It is a Tasman, I just have VERY big hands

It did wonders for that knife, not just to add extra grip but to keep it from slipping out of your hands when making pull cuts, since the hawkbill would hook so hard into things.

Man, glad to see this thread bump back up. It's a bummer so many pics have been deleted from the first pages though.

It would be really helpful for reference reasons if people would also post one pic of their hand holding a ruler, so we get an idea of how big the hand is that's holding the knife.
