Ugh, I can't decide on my next blade! Help a new addict!

Well, I've caught the "bug" as they say, and need more!

Currently, I'm the proud owner of ZDP-189 British Racing Green Delica Combo-edge. It's the second Spyderco I've owned in my life.

However, I might have done myself a disservice, I might have started out addicted to ZDP-189!

But now I want something different. I definitely want a full plain edge, and hopefully something with a full flat grind.

So what I'm thinking of, and I do want to get almost all of these at some point, but I don't see myself buying more than a couple knives a year.

I really, really wanted a Lum Chinese Folder sprint run. I don't know any place to get it, except for $180-$200 on eBay. And I'm a bit hesitant to spend that money...convince me other wise?

Also, I'm a sucker for limited edition/sprint run items. So that would be a positive.

So here we go:

1) The new Native, with Carbon Fiber handle and full-flat ground VG-10 Blade.
2) Military w/ Digicam handle - I also would like a full sized blade. I wish a black blade was coming out
3) Lum Chinese Folder, I'm seeing/hearing that a non-sprint a VG-10 version is coming out with a black blade? If so, any ideas on the release date?
4) eBay a Lum Chinese folder
5) Caly 3 with ZDP-189 blade and CF handle (although I guess this blade is a 'bit' last year?'

Any feedback or suggestions would be appreciated. I think the non-sprint lum may be towards the top of my list, but I have no idea if or when those are coming out.

You never go wrong with a Lum or a milli. you say it´s going to be your 2nd but don´t you sell on ebay.

+1 for the Millie. Though get the Chinese, if you want to have a more aesthetic folder, since you've got your working Delica.

I have been EDCing a Caly 3 CF for a while. It is a well built knife and I have found that I could not be with out it It has preformed many task' s and is still razor sharp. Oh. and did I mention, the Carbon fiber looks great.

I have a ZDP delica and I really like the steel, but i am also really impressed with the S30v in my Milli and Para-milli. I would recomend the milli and seeing you would probably cary/use it more than the rare and expensive Lum. Also why dont you try to find a S90v or BG-42 milli so you can try out a new 'super-steel.'

I would suggest the ZDP version of the Caly 3. The alternative would be to get a Mule #3 in S90V, though not on your list.

you cannot go wrong with a caly 3, it is for sure my favorite spydie.. But be careful.. when the caly 3 enters your EDC, it does not want to leave and it does not let any of your other spydies share pocket time...LOL.. It is just that loveable of a knife...

Your wish has been answered The Digicamo Milli with black blade is in the 2009 catalog, and should be out fairly soon.

If you are sucker for limited editions go for Lum. I saw them on e-bay lately around $150.
If you want a big knife, get a Military.
If you want a beauty queen, which can take some beating, than Native4 or Caly3.
Out of your list my preferences with Native4 or Caly3 VG10 (I know, she is not on your list, but I like it much more than CF sister).
