Open, yes on Lum. Closed, I hesitate to say this, but it looks somewhat like a Mini-Skirmish.

About the lock, is it the kind that looks like a RIL but has scales on top that travel from the butt end to somewhere short of the other end so that the lock arm is left open?

I know I've seen an example but couldn't find it, so I messed with a leafstorm in mspaint. Think of the black as G10:
