Spyderholic,
Its a good thing that you didn't get x-rayed with all that steel on! I'll bet the docter would flip if he saw those pics!
BTW, are you ok? A head-on sounds serious. I have had some close calls myself, but nothing that bad. You take it easy, bro.
Good choices on your EDC's! <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

Good one Brian <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle> <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>
Sorry to hear about your accident Spyderholic, neck and back injuries can be a right pain in the @ss, but not often literally <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>
I have a mental image of you one day falling over and not being able to stand up because of all your weighty items, a bit like a knight in plate armour.
"Walk softly, but carry a big stick."

Spyderholic:Hope you get to feeling better real soon.I used to be an x-ray tech.Once while shooting films of the lt.shoulder of a biker-type who'd been in a fight a .25 auto showed up on the x-ray.Not wanting to cause any problems for the guy I told him I needed to redo the films & asked was there anything in his pocket he wanted to take out(he'd refused to remove his colors).He copped an attitude with me so I said"OK" & called the cop in the ER when I showed the doc the films.Next thing I saw was Mr.Smartass being escorted out in handcuffs.*Shrug* I gave him his chance.

Dear Spyderholic ;
It's a sad note on Our
society that we refer to mans first
tools by the "catch phrase" "weapons".
People these days seem influenced by
Lawyers, cops & judges by such terminology. Never-the-less we, and the AKTI must keep this in check, lest our
writing implements be next termed
"weapons" ( as in California ) !

Dear Spyderholic ;
Your forum "handle" is an
apt discription of you ; By-the-by, it's
lucky for you that the Dr. didn't order
an MRI ( Magnetic Resonance Imaging ) scan !
If you didn't "disarm" ( no pun intended! )
you would have gotten stuck in the
machine. You remind me of Issac Hayes'
character in "I'm gonna git you sucka!",
with the exception of you have many
knives, rather than guns, grenades, dynamite, sandwiches ( yes, gotta see that
flick ! ). To quote : Jim Brown :"You think
you got enough ?" Issac :"You can't NEVER
have enough brother !".
BTW : GET WELL SOON !
