Just started into buying Spydercos and love the G10 handles. What different colours are or have been available.

I have a green Delica and Para and a black Para and black Tenacious so far.

What's next?

Blue G10 has been available in the past on some models, but none have been released in that colour for some years.

The latest flavours of the month have been Orange G10 and Foliage Green G10.

I'd love to see some more Blue G10 be made , and also some Burgundy and Red G10 as well. Although a darker Green G10 would be awesome..... maybe British Racing Green G10 ???

Red and Burgundy most certainly is very nice in any Spydie. I like the previous light blue G10 but would love to see other, darker, shades especially in Police 3 and NATIVE-anything.

Generally I love G10 but natural G11 is real nice in many knives. The new Kevin Wilkins collaboration knife when it comes out in this finish would be simply stunning IMHO...........heres an image of one of Keven's own custom knives in this finish..............

Hi PC154,

Welcome to the Spyderco forum.

Many of the colors are custom and we have to make a lot of it so progress is slow.

Colors like black, orange, natural, some blues and some greens are available in the quality level we require.

We made custom Foliage green, we'll be using digital cammo (a military coming out in a few weeks), we're negotiating with Strider for permission to use their Coyote brown, we're working on a dark midnight blue.

G-10 is an excellent handle material and I'm sure we'll continue to develop additional colors, as our customers request them.

Don't forget there's also been green G10 on the Lil' Temp.

Ditto - perfect for that CPM-M4 Caly 3 you're working on, Sal ;)

you can always get into having someone do a custom color for you, im actually in the process of have 2 g10 delicas customized for me, for $40 each, im going with a definite dodo blue g10 delica and its still a toss up a red one or a yellow one, i might go with a yellow one since we dont see any yellow g10 spydies

Any plans for silver twill G-10? One doesn't see it much (if at all) nowadays :(

Where did you EVER see it?? Just curious, I never have.

Ditto, I'd love to see some. I've seen silver twill CF, but never a G10 version. If the CF version is anything to go by though, I'd definitely be interested if it's not overdone.

Like the "wave" on the SpyKer?? Yeah, that's really nice! Can't imagine how you'd do that in G-10 but it could be very cool. Especially as a similar "detail" piece.

That's exactly the one I was thinking of. I think using only silver twill CF would have a high chance of just looking tacky (not to say it can't be done, just that it'd be hard to do it), but if done like it was in the Spyker it would look great. Maybe having bolsters of some sort and then the rest of the handle being the silver twill would be nice, but IMO even that would have to be done very carefully.

Benchmade used it on several models (e.g. Activator, Gravitator, Sequel), Kershaw used it as inlays, there were some BRKTs with it too, but lately it could be seen mainly on customs.

Maybe a better fit for Kiwi scales? I think it would look good there.
