Yes, the Enduras & Delica's are full flat grind. As are the Catbyrd's. Ask and ye shall receive.

VG-10 onthe E4/D4

No waves planned at this time.

Not a sprint. Limited production. We generally use the same maker for any given model.

No plan for other colors at this time. We'll need to watch the reaction to the model before making any future plans.

Full steel liners are skeletonized.

All screw construction.

Collectors with all variations will get them first.

Mr. S,

G-10 is strong, but does not hold screws well. Steel liners are best for clip screws. We skeletonize our liners to reduce weight.

Hey Sal,

Go full steam ahead on the D5/ E5 ;)

My prediction is for a FFG G10 steel lined screw construction Delica/ Endura you will not go wrong. Forumite sales alone I would say will make up half your sales :p

Bring on the G10 colours..... go for G11 too while you're at it.

Oh, and one more thing..... can you add a bit more metal to that lock release? It seems to be slightly dented ;)

Bring on the following colours:
Black
FG
BRG
LG (Lime Green .... ? well...maybe not)
Pink
Red
Orange
Blue
Deep Blue
Purple
White
Tan/ Cream

I'll grab one of each of the above thanks ?

Try that in H1 steel if you can and I will grab 2 of each. Though I think IIRC you did say FFG with H1 is not really possible ?

Cheers Sal, Merry Christmas to you and your team. Even so close to Christmas you guys are still dropping magnificent hints and lighting our fire !

This is one of the best things about Spyderco! They actually do listen to customer feedback. Thank you, Sal! These definitely look like winners!

I LOVE Cattle Dogs ! :p

Can't wait for this one to turn up in the mail. I'll have my marker pen out and will be circling everything that I want.....actually I would save ink if I just circle the ones that I don't want to buy (in 2008 at least ;) )

The new Delica 5 and Endura 5 will certainly get a flogging from me :)

Cheers

Sal,
Since this is an all screw construction, would it be possible to swap blades from a d4 wave with the handles of the new G-10 Delicas? If so, I might have to kick my new Caly3 to the side for a waved FG G-10 Delica hybrid!!!!!!

Very nice those FG Delica's/ Endura's but the main question remains:

Will they come in full spyderedge as well??

In that case I'll most certainly buy one(or 2 :o :D )

Of course it will come in Hot Pink G10. I'll grab 5 of those for my daughters, 1 for my wife, and 2 for me :D

Would really like to see some white though. That would be very original and a nice gentlemanly touch to a very 'normal' knife. Nothing wrong with normal, but a touch of white never ceases to bring out a bit of class :)
