Here are some shots of the first Mule Team model (52100). Shown are a mule as you will receive it, it's pictured with a Sheath that Sal had made, (I'll provide you with the info for the sheath a bit later). The sheath for the plain Mule can work with or without scales.

Also shown is a Mule with scales and a sheath.

Look for information on our site late next week for purchasing. The Mule Team will be listed as an item for purchase on our site.

Enjoy!

Kristi

I must have missed it, but what's the blade length, blade thickness, and overall length on these?

Hubba - hubba!

Time for me to start figuring out scales!

Do you plan to have the same handle profile for all the Mule Team iterations? I'm interested so I know whether the scales I'll make will be "one size fits all".

Thanks! :D

Do we need to be on a list in order to get one?

Woot... I'm excited about this. I want to get my hands on one. I want to set up a program to CNC some scales, so I can sorta, mass produce scales. Its hard to do that without any measurements. Guess I better plan a trip to the old SFO for later this week, early next week. :)

They came out really nice. I agree they will be excellent cutters with more than one use. I recognize Sal's comfortable ergonomics there also. Thanks for the pictures Kristi. I'm really looking foreward to it.

Definitely time to order some micarta slabs for handle making; I'm thinking green linen or maybe canvas should do quite nicely.
