Cost for a Carbon Fiber Cricket

Hello,
I am new to the forum. Greetings to all. What will I realistically pay for a new carbon fiber cricket? High end will cost me? Low end will cost me? Just some thoughts. There are none listed on Ebay so that I can get an idea. I have searched the internet and none pull other than
http://www.youwantit2.com for $89.00 and they are out of stock. Who knows if they will ever have again..
By the way.. I have been a 15 plus year carrier of the Spyderco Delica. I just recently purchased a new ATR C70S and love it. I do not understand why these are still so reasonably priced. Good for me and others but it baffles me. It is an awesome knife and very well made. Intimidating to some folks too!
Thanks...

I have a PE one I'll sell for $50**
On a more serious note. As I mentioned when you asked the same question on BladeForums, G Sakai still shows the SE version in stock for the equivalent of about $90. So I would call that the "low end" you could reasonably expect to pay for the SE version on the secondary market. High end is whatever your desire would allow you to pay for it. As for the PE version, all I can honestly say is expect to pay more. How much more is hard to say, have not seen one for sale in a while. But, there's always a chance you'll find a bargain on one or the other.
** - yes, there's a hitch - I'm neither that nice, nor that stupid, nor looking to get banned for selling here - the $50 must be a 2007 American Buffalo Gold Bullion Coin :D

whardi, try here:

It works out to be around $76 US dollars. I've bought from them before without any problems and even the shipping was fast from Japan. Good luck and I hope this helps!

Let us know how it works out and how much shipping and handling costs have to be added! Perhaps this could be a source for us European Spyderknuts, too!

Well. It did not work out. The source in Japan (
http://www.hamonoichiba.com/english/) did not come through. I paid and 5 days later he says:

Thank you for an order.
Unfortunately, we do not have any knives of these models.
They have sold out, the maker dose not make it any more in the future.
Thanks,
Naohiko

Heck I knew all of that. As it turns out I found elsewhere. A buddy of mine found for me at a local gun & knife show.
I have found that some places advertise these harder to come by items but actually do not have. You go back to their website weeks later and they still show them. I am beginning to wonder if it is a baiting game for some.
