While in the middle of moving into a new house, I snuck in a little lightbox practice. Just in case I get to shoot and share a few new Spyderco production samples at the Amsterdam Meet next weekend.

What are your thoughts of the flipper and access to the lock as a left handed individual operating the C242 ? I have looked at this model several times and love my Smock but worry more about function over the beauty of this knife . Dan

Sorry for the delay! It takes a bit more effort and practice to get to the right closing technique, but nothing serious. FWIW, I also have zero problems with other more conventional (right-handed) compression locks as a left-hander.

Thank you much responding . Some compression locks work fine for me depending on shape and size . If I doubt a design I usually will wait till I go to a show or sometime a friend may have a knife to test . Dan
