Dear Mark:
Thanks for your question.
MBC courses cost $200.00 for an 8-hour day of training. For Levels 1 and 2, this includes a free training knife or live blade (about a $70.00 value), a Continental breakfast, lunch and snacks. Levels 3 and 4 also receive a free gift like a Spyderco Sharpmaker, but these gifts have not been formalized and may vary accordng to the preferences of the class.
If you take two levels back to back, you receive a discount on the cost of training. Levels 1-2 or 3-4 taken consecutively cost $350.00.
We have been conducting MBC classes for more than a year now and I recently reviewed all the students' course critiques to see where we stand. I was very pleased to see that every critique was positive and there were no complaints that the level and quality of instruction were not worth the cost.
I hope this answers your questions.
Stay safe,
