Hmmmm what are the chances of a second Liner Lock looking Gunting being available in the world (especially when the first wasn't truly verified as real). Especially when it is in Thailand. I wonder if it is a quality copy...the pictures seem to be conveniently blurry. Caveat Emptor. ;)

I begin to suspect someone is making liner lock knock-offs. That is the third one I have heard about recently.
I don't believe in safe queens, only in pre-need replacements.

Yeah, I seen this too. I thought it was a little bit confusing, but it's not really described as a Gunting and dosen't say anything about Bram Frank. It could possibly be a custom made by an independant person, but I'm really questioning it's quality.

Come on guys, it's gotta be legit! The seller lives in the UK, and the knife is in Thailand. And, he has a whopping, big fat goose egg for feedback rating. What's not to like? I think I'll email him and ask if I can buy a gross of those Gruntlings he's sellin'!!    :D :D

I saw it when it first got posted. I was very skeptical about it after getting some warnings about sellers from Thailand. I don't know, but I'm gonna stay away from it.

-Nice feedback!
-Nice pictures from a 2 dollar cellphone!
-Way to know the knives!

Okay...someone call up Frost Cutlery and ask them what they are doing with the Gunting...

Hmm... wonder what CPM40V steel is

Add to that, here, Bram says there were no protos with liner locks.

I saw that come up on ebay and was bummed as it looks suspiciously like the knife I purchased from the Aussie. Although, the photos on the current listing are bad enough that it's hard to tell if they are definitely related. I did ask Bram Frank for any thoughts he might have over on Bladeforums, so maybe we'll get a definitive word. :spyder:
