MBC Level 1-2 Review

#1

Post by Todd Brubaker »

To All-

If you have been considering attending MBC classes with Michael Janich, then stop thinking and do it! I just recently attended the Level 1-2 class held at the Spyderco facility in Golden, CO and can't recommend it highly enough.

Not only is the instruction 1st class, Spyderco does the whole thing right from beginning to end. I've attended various training seminars of this nature for quite some time, and this was one of the bext ever. 16 hours of training is over before you even realise the time has passed.

Michael Janich (assisted by one of his private students, Matt) delivered a fantastic presentation that was geared not only for the novice but for the seasoned knife user.

Just thought that anyone who was "sitting on the edge" (a bad pun, but appropriate I suppose!) trying to decide on whether or not to take the class could use a review of the training. Flat-out some of the best training around, and a real value for the buck.

Best,

Todd

Dear Todd:

Thanks for the posting and your kind words.

I really enjoyed meeting and training with you this past weekend and am pleased that you enjoyed the class. As time goes by, the MBC classes are getting better and better, primarily because of the motivation and dedication of the students.

Thanks for all your hard work and your support of the program. I hope to see you back for Levels 3-4 next year.

Stay safe,

I must second Brubaker's comment. I have attended Levels 1 thru 3 and am eagerly anticipating Level 4 in March 2002. The class is exceptionaly good. Mr. Janich presents the material in an easily learned format. He is an excellent instructor who is truly dedicated to helping the student succeed. This is a must go to class. P.S. Matt, sorry about your elbows.....
