Spydie, what would it be???
Now don't get excited, this is a hypothetical (sp?) question. I would choose the Native. This, to me, is the most USEFUL model.

OK, I confess, I also have my Mouse hidden in my sock. C'mon Paul, how 'bout "If you could have only one and a half?"

Hmm, difficult one. I'd have the one that I carry and use the most....Calypso Jr Lightweight! Even better than the Native in my eyes!

I have fancier ones, but if I could only keep one,
it would be my old style Endura.
(love those zytel clips)

I just couldn't do it. There are times when legally I can't carry a knife and thats when the Spydercard in plain edge hides safely in my wallet.

Arrrghhh! This IS a tough question!! You mean only ONE?? *Bwaaa-hhaaa!* Ummm, lets see... Errr, given no choice at all -- it'll be a Super-military with titanium liners, titanium bolsters and G-10 scales..
*hee-hee-hee!*

Doc is right, the old style Endura is a very nice knife, very comfortable in the hand. I bought it as soon as it came out; now it belongs to my wife, who carries it everywhere.
As a southpaw, though, I sure like the reversible clips on the new Enduras... and I'm also glad I don't have to have only one Spydie!

You know, lately I find that I've been carrying my smaller Spydies the most, and I keep going back to a plain edged SS Co-Pilot more often then the rest. For some reason, I've REALLY come to like that piece.
I have a Mouse + Mouse Trap coming in the mail right now, and I have a feeling it's going to become a new favorite. I'll be sure to try hiding it in my sock when it arrives so that I get the maximum effect

I´d also choose the Calypso Jr Lightweight as I already tend to use it more often than my other knives. I just love it

Hi All
I have carried a Pro-grip for the past 5 years or so and this is my favourite favourite of all my knives (not just my Spyderco's!).

I own many spyderco knives, but if I had to choose just one it would be a Delica, I've carried one of these in different variations for the past ten years, its always done what I needed it to.

Hmmm Ok this is a no-brainer..of course my GUNTING..I've carried one for over a year..(yeah I know it was a prototype!)and NOW I carry a production model..I use it daily...
I love how it feels in my hand...I use it for everyday cutting..and of course I play with it...ROFL! I ALWAYS carry a G10 Navigator and a Mircarta-Calypso Jr as well....(wouldn't want my left hand to have SPYDIE withdrawl...)

Paul, I agree with you. DEFINITELY my Native. Best overall. Perfect balance in tactical and utility. Great grip with deep-finger coil. Spear-point great for cutting and thrusting. Not too light yet not too heavy. A PERFECT balance, 10/10.

Well, it will be the Gunting (if I ever get it). Until then I guess I would carry my Chinook. I also will have to cheat and carry my Mouse in its trap though.

Has to be the Wegner. I love this knife! One of my all-time favorites.

It's been a while since anyone has posted on this topic but:
If limited to only 1 (as tough as that would be to decide) it would be the Pro-Venator (Pro-Grip). The ruber on clip hangs on to what ever bills I have, and is still a handy blade config. But then again, lets try to think more positive...:-)

Today . . . I'd probably choose my Delica. Easy to carry but big on the job.
