I was wondering if there might be future plans of changing the chinooks steel?

By the way, does anybody have specs. on the new fixed blades? A spyderco clearing tool or, something like a kurkri would be neat, any protos?

Thanks Fisherman

Hi Fisherman. No immediate plans. Why? and what would you change it to?

I just saw an edge test done last week on a current Chinook run (we test often) and there are few knives out there that will hold an edge as well.

On the FBs, we've got a few coming out in the next few months. Lum Tanto, Perin Bowie.

Sal, I would not change the steel most likely, just wondering if there was a plan to change(not that i would like the change).
Can you give me some blade lenghts, steel, handle material ect. on the new FB knives.
Thanks Fisherman
