Very poor quality "in hand" photo of the Endura. Too long an exposure time for my shaky old hands. Solid 4 finger grip with plenty of room to spare.

Just the lighting, they are black. I thought I had read somewhere they were going to be some other color, guess I was wrong.naggalowmo wrote:those are some great knives! i need to get me one of those.
btw are the handles blue or is the lighting just making them look that way?
Yes, I believe these two and the Szabofly are the only ones this year where that happened.Gerard Breuker wrote:Thanks Deacon. It has been a while since collectors came first IIRC.
Have not tried that yet with either of them. Not sure if I will. It would mean having to move the clips, will probably just put the in the display case, or trade them off.Crafft wrote:Could you already tell which one deploys the best/easiest (with the wave)??? or is there no difference??
Peter, it think it's mostly that the when I grip the two knives the way I normally would, the clip on the Delica annoys my hand less than the one on the Endura. It may also be that the Delica now feels more like the stainless steel version, which I prefered over the barrel bolt clip FRN version.Peter1960 wrote:What is/are the reason(s) why you prefer the Delica over an Endura? I'm asking because I EDC a Delica 3, own an Endura 4 and I like both.
Yup, that's why I posted it, so you could see how similar our hand size is. Maybe I should take that shot down now before someone hurts their eyes looking at it. :D God bless and stay safe bro!Daywalker wrote:See, we share the same grip area on the E4, and if I push my thumb to reach the cusp, I have the same grip as you showed in your second pic. However, I don't have much control for, detailed cutting in that grip. Oh well...
As Scott said, the number is a Collectors Club number. While it once seemed that the Collector Club knives always shipped first, now they rarely do, but the waved knives did. The hard to read writing on the opposite side of the blade says "Emerson Pat." and the patent number, an acknowledgment of the source of the wave.jlh2600 wrote:Hey Deacon. Is that a special edition, pre run, or something (noticing the text on the blades)? Maybe this is why the blade shop says mine is not shipping until the 3rd (hopefully).
Nice pics.
Street price should be around $50 for the Delica and $55 for the Endura. From what I have heard, the regular production (non CC#d) ones should begin reaching dealers in the next few days. Price at any given dealer would depend on how deeply they discount MSRP. Can't answer the last one, but would guess you could call them and find out (and perhaps talk them into ordering either or both for you even if they do not intend to stock them).Big-Target wrote:OK SWEET!!! :D
Now lets cut to the chase!! How much? when are they coming out?? And where do I get one(PS> will Just Knive 101, in Williwamstown NJ. be carrying them?)??????
