Life is ****

#1

Post by saracen »

I have'nt been here for some time, I have'nt made any purchase's for some time either, life has dealt me a very bitter blow.. On the 29th of January of this year my beautifull and dear wife passed away after a bitter fight with 'her' cancer, it started with avengance just before Christmas.

Both my wife and myself have lived with this abhorant illness for a number of year's allthough my wife is the one who bore the physical suffering, I the mental anguish of caring for her.

Allthough we have not had a bad life of late her resolve and strength left her shortly before Christmas and unfortunately that was the beginning of the end.

Life is **** at the moment but I AM coping. I appreciate you reading this guy's and would just ask that you spare us a moment's thought at this bad time.

I, too, offer my prayers to you and your family. I lost my Dad in October 2005 so I am going through a similar situation. Allow yourself to grieve. I did most of this right away. The rest of my family took more time to do this. Let yourself feel. Of course feel free to share with us. We will be there for you.

I can sort of relate to what you have endured. I lost my very best friend of 30 years+ last summer and I am still reeling from that one. I too was thinking at the time that life just is not fair at all but I do believe that GOD has a plan and purpose in all of it. There is just so much of what happens in life that a lot of us mere mortals just can't understand the depth of it.

It is truly enough to make one depressed but life does go on and please trust what I say: There is light at the end of the tunnel. It may not seem like it now but there is. And fortunately for you SIR you have a lot of life ahead of you and your tenure here on this earth has much more waiting for you I am certain. I know that probably nothing that we say to you will be a total comfort but be assured that we are here and you have our morral support. I am confident that I am speaking for many of us here on the Forum. You have my prayers and my very best wishes for your life getting back on track as soon as possible. JD
