Thats messed up, I thought he would be guilty, but then again when one has lots of money and high priced attorneys at there disposal one can get away with just about anything.

I think the jury made a decision on who was more repugnant, the mother or Jackson.
The mother did the impossible, she made Jackson a sympathetic figure.

Remember, not guilty does not always mean innocent. But Snedden failed to prove the prosecution's case. The term is called reasonable doubt. In my opinion, Snedden wasted taxpayer dollars by failing to properly interview his witnesses prior to putting them on the stand. The prosecution witnesses dilluted any credibilty of the accuser and putting Jackson's ex on the stand was as irresponsible as the judges's decision to allow past unproven allegations to be used to attempt to implicate a behavioral pattern. Celebrity?? BS! From a legal standpoint the jurors reached the only decision they could. The prosecution failed to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. If a guilty verdict had been rendered, Jackson would have had more than ample resasons to appeal. How long would the circus of ineptitude gone on and at what expense to the citizens of California?

I knew he would never do a day. The trial was a farce and a waste of money. He is a musical genius but man is he a wierdo.

I think the only thing Michael is guilty of is cutting off his nose to spite his face...child molester? I don't think so....but then again I am often wrong...as my wife keeps reminding me...Doc :D

Yeah, what Java said! Paper said this morning one juror said "probably guilty" but prosecution failed to prove it. Jury also had mixed emotions regarding the accusers mother, she didn't help things any.

Little boy porno found... just a coincidence.
Underage sleepovers in his bed... perfectly innocent.
$15 Mil prior settlement... to avoid unpleasantness.

Now his 'mouthpiece' says he needs to be harder in the future about who shares his bedroom, "...he's not going to do that anymore because of the false charges that were brought here."

I feel so sorry for him. After all where else ya gonna get release with a face like that?

But the REALLY scary part is that there are probably hundreds, perhaps thousands, of parents out there who still beleive so firmly in Jackson's innocense that they'd cheefully send their young sons to Neverland for a sleepover.
