Blade steel mistake?......on Delica?

Do you think this is a mistake?

I was hoping to get a VG-10 model but it says ATS-55 on the NGK site.

I'd give 'em a call and ask what they have.

I think there were ATS-55 blades made for this knife for a while. They were replaced with VG-10. I had an ATS-55 Endura for a while.

David,

I'm sure that they're VG-10. I know that the newest models are. They used ATS-55 at one time I believe. They'll respond to your email but it may not be till after the weekend.

I just saw your e-mail, it got caught in the spam filter. But to answer your question, they are VG-10 I have just forgot to change the website :( with everything going on with the building of the new website.

ATS-55 isn't a bad steel either. My first Delica was ATS-55 and it still performs great.

I got an Endura more than a year ago and had to call to ask the same question. They told me that they were VG-10 and that's what they sent me.
