Off to Toronto for surgery

#1

Post by CKE »

Well tommorrow afternoon my wife and I leave for Toronto. My Dr's appointment is on Friday and will find out then when my surgery is scheduled. Freightened and excited at the same time. I really can't wait to get this thing out of my mouth. On the other hand..by the sounds of it the surgery is quite extensive, again will find out for sure what it all entails on Friday. So I will keep you all posted and will be at the inlaws. They have the net so until I am in the hospital you will still have to put up with me

Again, I thank all of you that have posted well wishes(even Sal) it has cheered me up considerably. This is a special place we have here. Here is a pic of me(easier if you can see who the person is sometimes)at the Terry Fox Memorial. Terry Fox was a Canadian that had Cancer and ran across Canada to raise money for research. He made it form the east coast all the way to Thunder Bay before the Cancer took over. Many schools in Canada take part in the Walk for a Cure campaign and my mother in laws school donated their walk in my honour this year, so I sent them this picture as a thank you. Take Care all and will be in touch

Craig
