An awesome score!

#1

Post by samosaurus »

Folks, I picked up a pair of C-15 and C-19 from a Danish knifemaker two weeks ago! The Terzuolas are simply awesome! Very high-quality and excellent workmanship.. <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Samo's score from Denmark..

Very nice! They look quite vintage, but nothing beats a Spydie <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Yep! Them Terzuolas, well early ones are in a class of its own.. Reflects excellent craftsmanship and unparalleled performance! You can see that it has been hard-used and is still going and going and going.. Spyderco folders as such will never run out of fashion.. <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> Oh yeah!

My Pleasure Ken! <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> Been eyeing them for a while.. And finally found them on a "for sale" thread in another forum.. Well, the rest was owning a piece of history.. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

Great score, congrats!

Excellent find!

I have a Terzuola Jr, a great knife that easily "acts up" a size!

Sam,

Nice addition. They look like the aluminum handle too which was the older, first released version. Did a G-10 handle shortly after.

Hey you lucky friend! - Those are the alluminum handled versions. The first of the Bob T's that Spyderco did. There are not many of them around. The G-10 version came quickly after and even these are getting very very rare.
Especially as you know that Sal told me a couple of years ago that he was very reluctant to do another Terzuola cooperation again. As Sal told me, at one time Bob had severe second thougts of designing another model with the Spyderco hole in the blade and was trying to persuate Sal into an other "hole-less" model. Sal refused and Bob went elsewhere with his designs. End of story. If you like Bob T's go get BM, FOX and or German knives het designed. No more with Spyderco I guess.

Clipits work!

Hey SamoRider!

Wow, you scored brother!

Getting one of those is hard enough...but one in each size?!

Hi Joyce! <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> Well, rather that focusing on the new releases, I am concentrating my collection on "vintage" and "classic" <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>s! The Aluminium handled Terzuolas are a showcase of excellent engineering! I must admit, the pricing was so irresistable, I jumped in on the first bite.. And yeah, I know.. I know.. I SUCK! <img src="tongue.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
