Hey, I saw those on KC yesterday and ordered the pearl Kiwi straight away.

Funny thing about the price, when I first got a Kiwi (right when Spyderco first released them), I called Santa Fe Stoneworks and they wanted $200 to do the exact design that knifecenter is now selling. And that was on top of the $$ I paid for the Kiwi in the first place (plus shipping all ways around).

In that light, $150 is a bargain.

I've seen the SF rookie recently at a knife show. Just barley able to hold myself back from springing for it.. very nice. But now I'm glad I waited. Now comes the Kiwi which is what I really wanted. Does Santa Fe have their own website? A quick search didn't land much.

The Kiwi is not pictured on the website, but it is shown in their catalog.
