This is not a Spyderco and this is not my auction but I thought you would all find it VERY interesting. This knife is on ebay and is probably the strangest thing I've seen on there. I know we can not plug auctions I also posted this at knife Forums in the auction section. AGAIN THIS IS NOT MY AUCTION and I'm not involved in any way at all I just thought you all might find it interesting. Copy and Paste the address and let me know what you think. Thanks

For only $500, I will take your favorite Spyderco, encase it in dirt and clay, and you too can have a wonderful artifact. I can even make it rock hard. You supply the knife.

edited to say: I see one bid was retracted in the retraction/cancellation history.

whOOPA! I thought I'd lost that back when Mr Peabody and I tripped the light Cretaceous in the Way-Back machine!! My Australopithecus friend Otouk originally made it for his sweetheart Lana but when she zug-zugged Tonda he thought Mrs Java would better appreciate the gift. Lovingly crafted from Precambrian presteels, it features jigged rock scales with stunning rock bolsters. Blade was GIN-0 obsidian hardened to 1,000,000 B.C.

…..ah I can’t continue this any longer. There is one born every minute. E-Bay is a cornucopia of the inane, the bizarre, and the downright dumb. Some people will bid on anything and then some people will bid on nothing. The auctions go even higher when it is Rare, Vintage, Collectable Absolutely Nothing. Below are a couple of recent offerings ….er…Non Offerings as the case may be.

BTW: If I pull that knife from the rock so mystical in nature, do I get to become King of the Astral Plane….. Onward, Rockalibur! Hi-Yo Silver! Awaaaaaay….

I'd be more impressed if, rather than a modern folding knife, it was a high tech thingy. Why not a light sabre or keys to a space plane, even a paramillie.

Now the thing that would impress me is if the knife had been a light saber or laser gun.
