MidwayUSA still has the orange handle/sheath version on sale for $29.99. Regular price on the other colorways isn't much more than that from other vendors. I got an orange one a few weeks back as a(nother) beater to keep in my trunk. It's a well-done piece for what it is.. for the $, there really isn't any reason to not get one..
