That's a very kind and generous offer and I appreciate it. But unfortunately this Manix is pinned, the pre-CQI versionmatthewkuhl wrote: ↑Sun Dec 14, 2025 5:48 pmi have two sets of AWT scales for the LW that (along with a Flytanium ball cage) made all the difference for me. You may have one, if you wish; i have a black anodized and a raw one
It's a true night and day improvement.

i have plenty of spare hardware; i converted my lightweights to standard liner versions. If you're comfortable drilling out the rivets, i can supply you with the screws and nuts

Military2 in 15V and Para3 15V Sage6 S90V I think this will do it for a while, put a dint in th ol bonus for sure. K390 Para3 is haunting me.
Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
I have another knife that I have long wanted incoming to be - Gayle Bradly Air.
I got a mint condition Gayle Bradley folder (original version) and it's easily one of the best knives in my collection and became a quick favorite. I think I will also enjoy the Air similarly.

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
That one looks like it shares some genetics with the Swayback.
Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
The Air? It's a M4 wharnie and a gentlemen folder (no clip) if you will. Here is a review. I think it's better than the CRK Mnandi.
I can live with just the Bradley folder and this one. The original folder is a beast of a knife and super well designed and manufactured.

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
I received my PM2 Rex76 yesterday. This knife is awesome. It's shaving sharp out of the box. It has no detectable blade play and is guilotine drop worthy. The G10 brick pattern scales are very grippy.... and attractive (IMO). I'm very happy with this purchase. This might become my favorite carry over the Manix2 CruWear........ maybe.

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
Received the Military 2 15V and Sage6 S90V full contoured Carbon Fiber. I can't think of two nicer knives. The15V is a truly exceptional steel I took down a bunch of cardboard and it still cuts receipt paper.
The Button actuated Compression lock on the Sage 6i s so nice it is lighter weight than the S30V model in G10 Peel and Ply Carbon. The handles also have a very nice contouring to them very comfortable in the hand and very sharp worth every penny of the premium price.
15V is beautifully done with one of the nicest jobs of stone washing ever, so much nicer than the typical satin or as I call it belt looking finish. While 15V is not stainless and I do coat it with frog lube I have yet to patina it. I enjoy watching the light bounce on the blade with the light coat of oil as I wipe it almost looks like a liquid colorful patina, I tell ya the steel is magical.
Interesting thing I want to share about a lightly oiled blade it not only makes stainless unnecessary for most applications but it helps defeat the dreaded "TAPE GUNK" from boxes, in fact I am oiling stainless to include H1 and Magnact as it not only helps with the gunk but keeps pivets nice and smooth.
Try it you'll like it.

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
One I’ve wanted for quite a while:
Native 5 Crucarta
I’m guessing it will displace my Native 5 LW SPY27 as my most carried non-5th pocket knife.

Oldest: 1974 Buck 110.
Newest: Roadie XL, M398
Knives owned: Too many, yet always finding another.
Added a ceramic mug, "The Edge is a Ghost". Great mug!

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
Well, I accidentally came across a couple of deals too good to pass up. That seems to be happening a lot lately. So now I've got a Delica 4 SE in ZDP-189 and a Gayle Bradley Folder (original) in M4 that are inbound.
I also bought an Endura 4 parts kit. I guess Spyderco used to sell these kits. Contains a set of liners, a back spacer, washers, and all hardware and screws. I wish Spyderco would offer these again. I prefer to buy original parts and hardware instead of aftermarket stuff off of Etsy or AliExpress.

Congrats! The original Bradly folder is really amazing. I am waiting for my Air, hoping it arrives before New Years.8th_Note wrote: ↑Mon Dec 22, 2025 6:20 pmWell, I accidentally came across a couple of deals too good to pass up. BHQ exclusive mint green M4 Para 3. Haven't been able to buy any knives for quite some time. I hit a deer back in November, had to get that fixed. Then my heater core sprung a leak. Sheesh! Finally caught up now.

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
Just ordered a JanDelica Custom from 5X5. It’s back ordered, so not technically “in the mail” but it’s paid for and hopefully the wait won’t be too long.
Continue to build the Delica collection - this one will be #12.

Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
I got a new Shaman Salt black Bumblebee, a Manix 2 Salt all black Bumblebee and an old lnib C95 Manix should hit the deck around here anytime now. Looking quite forward to both of these...
Re: Which spyderco is in the mail?
The Native 15V LW :-)
Wanted it since it dropped. Will probably get the blue HiPolyDesign 3D printed scales + PB washers for it.
