FINALLY a release date lol! I was planning on getting two (hopefully in time). One for in house kitchen use and one for outdoor/edc type use. I wanted plain edge for both, but I see it's 1 per edge type per customer. Can someone chime in for a use case for the serrated edge option? What about sharpening, how easy/difficult is it to sharpen? I appreciate the insight!
