I have a question, what’s the issue with your order? I am still all ears.

In my time on the forum, this is the closest I've seen that anyone has come to placing a burr under the butt of someone who has the patience of Job. Sal, your a better man than I many times over.

Big problem with online order that went south.😡

Anyone with name, phone number, or email.

I would aprieciate.👍
The only reason I didn't suggest sal right off the bat was because I figured he has a lot on his plate right now. It appears he's reaching out to you but to no avail. Odd..

As I said I asked simple question, and got no help from forum.

No Name, No email, no nothing.

Thanks for all the help.👎
Dude, what the **** is your problem? You've got the forum moderator trying to help you, you've got the owner of the company trying to help. Who the **** else do you need to talk to? Maybe some medical professionals?

If you've got everyone around you trying to help you solve a problem and it isn't working, then there's a pretty good chance the problem is you.

Its the only thing I own today that is Spyderco.

Other one I order direct from Spyderco is some hoe lost in mail, or never left Golden, Colorado.

That is why I am upset, and so far nothing good to say except I have option to Do Credit Card DISPITE.
Might help shed some like on the issue.

I think there some deep confusion going on here. He may not have even ordered from Spyderco. Certain conditions can cause this kind of thing.

You're silly, the first reply to your post was this:

@TazKristi seems to be the go-to Spydie rep around here in terms of customer support.
Then of course, Sal has addressed you several times and did not hear from you.

You expect perfection, everyone to give 100%, but can't take the time to proofread any of your posts?

Yes, I'd like perfection, especially when I'm spending my money, but humans aren't perfect, never have been, never will be. That said, how they handle things that go wrong is what counts. My recent customer service experience was nothing short of fantastic. I took in two of my knives for service. Sadly, my ZDP Ladybug could not be saved. Of course I wasn't happy to hear that, but I dropped the knives off on Friday, heard from them on Tuesday, got my credit for the Ladybug and the replacement for the Manix 2 on Thursday! Impressive in my book!!!!

This is why I keep coming back. Great knives, great service, best of all great people.

This is quite likely the most bizarre thread I've come across during my time here.

I've got questions but I don't think they'll be answered so I'm just gonna watch from the sidelines.

It's pretty interesting...just yesterday he was posting in this thread...

viewtopic.php?f=2&t=93162

He seems to be making complete sense, forming coherent sentences, proper punctuation. The mystery continues to grow...

Possibly prescription meds. I have an ex wife that occasionally sends incoherent texts written in gibberish. Once they wear off, she's fine. Kind of.

Hey PennyPincher,

A few things.

One; Thanx much for your service. We appreciate, respect and honor our Military and law enforcement.
Two; I hope your situation was resolved and your OK, if not, let Kristi or me know? (khunter@spyderco.com - sglesser@spyderco.com).
Three; I'm sorry if we embarrassed you. Sometimes we tend to prod and be less sensitive than we should. Our lesson to learn.

I think it’s time to put this thread to bed. But in all seriousness we are all here to have some fun and help. Many of us on here have served our country in one way or another. As I said before, hope your knife purchase was straightened out… if not I think there are a couple of knife guys on this forum that I am sure could help.
