2020 Seconds Sale - SOLD OUT!

First post here, but saw someone post on a Facebook forum about getting multiple orders bundled up? Anyone know anything about this? I was able to get 4 orders in, all at 13 dollars shipping each. I emailed through the website, without a response yet. I also called on Saturday, but wasn't able to get a clear answer. Are we able to get our shipping bundled if we ordered multiples, and save on shipping at all?

Welcome to our forum. I can't speak to a comment on Facebook, but it's possible that was a local curbside pick-up order. Otherwise, we are not able to bundle orders. Each order is processed individually.

I'd give it a couple of days. I imagine they're going through them on a first bought, first shipped basis. I just got the notification yesterday for the order I placed on Thursday. I don't think they have a very large crew, especially right now, so it might take a little extra time to handle the huge flood of orders from the sale.

Thanks. They specifically mentioned that their order was getting bundled and shipping for free since it would be over the 100 dollar threshold. Thank you all again for your time and effort with throwing this sale. I've wanted to participate for years, but travelling that far is just out of the question.

I attempted to use the Customer Service email on Spyderco's website but was unsuccessful.

I scored a Maxamet PM2 in exactly 46 mins. I don’t get all the online hate to a company who adapted & opened up their sale online for folks to give it a shot. If not for COVID-19 the same folks crying wouldn’t have made the trip to CO. Why so many childish adults? You win some you lose some Slugger, keep your chin up!

Please e-mail sfo@spyderco.com. The store is working through a lot of e-mails that were received during the sale, but they are replying as quickly as possible. Please make sure to use a relevant subject line noting an issue.

I agree...out of respect to DLT, who shall remain my favorite online knife retailer, they built one of the best ecommerce platforms for drops and they still get hammered on drop day especially for a PM2/Para 3 release. For Spyderco, whose online sales platform aren't geared for commercial quantities like those online knife dealers, they did good actually. The demand was just huge, some knives were in short supply, and bots made life complicated.
