I placed my order on June 1, and it shipped from KnifeCenter on August 23rd. Should be receiving it tomorrow!

Placed my pre order at KC on 5/31, received it today as well as one from National that I ordered just in case KC flaked on me. Both are perfect, amazing pieces.

Can someone please post side by side shots of the Cruwear PM2 and Para 3? I just want to have an idea of how much lighter the color of the G10 is on the 3...

Thank you so much man! I like the darker gray on my PM2 but I'm really digging the lighter color on the 3. I don't mind at all but I'm a little bit surprised that they didn't keep it the same color...!?!

Now gotta order a new clip before it arrives

i placed the order 6/30. i gonna guess i won't see one unless i'm extremely lucky. maybe i can find one somewhere else.

You're welcome! I'm also surprised and a little disappointed they didn't use the same grey as the PM2. I think the darker grey was perfect! The grey they used on the Para 3 is a little too light for me. My only guess is that they went with the light grey because they decided to save the darker grey for the Maxamet version of the Para 3.

Mine's actually back in the box at the moment. Not just because of the color. The action is much stiffer than my S30V Para 3 and both my PM2s. I could break the loctite on the pivot screw and attempt to adjust it but I'm not touching it until that light grey grows on me.

They seemed to be pretty sure they would be getting more. Other places have said they will receive more as well. Don't give up. Check first thing monday when all the shops open.

my pre-order was on the 28th, so as far as knifecenter goes im pretty close with you.
if it gets to the end of availability and you arent able to find one send me a message if my preorder comes in i might have an extra.

I'm really into the lighter grey. It reminds me of the cpm20cv Para. Just need a magic eraser to clean up the scales occasionally.

About KC pre-orders -- I may be the exception, but I've pre-ordered knives from them several times in the last 4 1/2 years and have always got the knife. Also, I don't know about them in particular, but I think it's a bit of a myth that dealers always keep strict lists and fill orders in the order received. If in doubt, it never hurts to call the dealer and express your desire to be sure to get your order :) If you speak nicely, they might just look out for you :D

I never thought I'd like a light gray knife, but it turned out that two of my all time faves are that color: Cruwear Millie and Caly 3.

Also I think I'm taking a shine to the almost white Para 3 (don't have it yet). It's sort of a special little knife and a special color. If it turns out that I don't like it, it may become my first attempt at knife dying. I've been wanting to try that for quite a while now, and this would be the perfect color to start with.

Dang! I can't believe I hadn't thought of that yet! I actually have some teal Rit dye sitting on my desk that I bought to dye the scales on my G10 Dragonfly. Now I just have to decide what color I want to do the Para 3. Maybe a nice red?

I went ahead and tweaked the pivot on my Cruwear P3 tonight. The show side screw had loctite but the clip side screw did not. I broke the show side screw loose by whacking the driver with a brass hammer a couple times. It worked! I turned each screw out about a 1/8 turn each and the action is now excellent.
